Be ready for your performance!
DJ bags protect your equipment reliably during transport on your travels. So that expensive hardware or controllers don't get damaged on your trip to the next gig, DJ bags are becoming more and more popular
They are light and easy to transport and can be quickly stowed away when needed. Besides, they usually also look stylish and offer a wider choice of colours and shapes.
For the appearance they offer beside the basic function to protect the equipment, mostly still further small pockets and storage possibilities with itself for example chargers or CDs.
Manufacturer or other make?
Most of the time there are hardware specific DJ Bags for exactly the controller, CD-Player or the respective product you want to transport. These are precisely tailored to fit.
However, we also have third-party manufacturers in our range who do not differ in quality and fit. These are cheaper in price. Our top brand for this are Zomo Bags.
Here is an overview of the types of DJ bags available for purchase:
Quality features - What makes a good DJ bag?
It should be made of a robust, tear-resistant material. Nylon or polyester are the material of choice. Both are durable, easy to maintain, washable and water-repellent, yet reliably protect the equipment against shocks and blows. Furthermore, the bag should of course be suitable for the equipment of your choice.
Zomo offers e. g. custom fit DJ Bags for all common controllers, players and samplers/synthesizers. But universal bags are also available, which can cover several devices in one pocket. The accuracy of fit is not necessarily worse here, as the dimensions of the devices hardly differ.
Vinyl Bags and CD Bags - Transport of Music
Whoever still plays with records, be it vinyl or CDs, must have a large number of records with them to cover the broadest possible spectrum of artists or genres. These should be as space-saving as possible and offer space for as many records as needed. There is both the classic bag, which is equipped with a shoulder strap and can be hung over the shoulder, and a DJ trolley, which is equipped with handles and castors and therefore makes carrying considerably easier.
Most of these cases offer the possibility to transport CDs or vinyl and other compartments and storage options for power supplies, cables, USB sticks, adapters or similar DJ accessories.
